-Wrestlers are idiots. Let that digest in your mind for a minute because I know it's hard to take in, but put your judgement and your bias aside for just one minute and listen to reason. Don't be a fan of the industry because fans are blind to the truth. Fans are short for fanatic and fanatics you can't reason with because they only agree with their side. No hope or reason to think outside the box because fuck the other side. You see it today with sports, politics, and even religion.
-Think about it for a second when it comes to the smartness of wrestlers. Wrestlers are some of the dumbest people in the world when you break it down. Do you honestly think that wrestlers are smart? Sure, they play it on front of the camera but behind the scenes.....they're just normal human beings just trying to make a buck in an industry that pays shit, crappy travel conditions, and no health or dental plans. If you were to truly think about......wrestlers are pill popping individuals who over use medication to help numb pain that they've sustained with matches in their careers where they get planted on their head, caused by a high impact move or a chair shot to the head. These wrestlers get their spines broken by competitors with solid objects, or get their knees twisted up by competitors trying to break their knee or landing awkwardly from a high flying move.
-So you got the over usage of pills. Then add the amount of concussions that these wrestlers sustained in their careers. Chair shits to the head. Spike DDTs. Package Pile Drivers. Brain busters. The list goes on and on and on with the amount of moves that could physically damage your brain. The smart ones......they walk away from the industry because they know that the next bump on their head could end their career......the dumb ones on the other hand keep on working through it because pride gets in their way.
-And then you got the individuals who use the hard drugs just to cope in life. Cocaine to keep the edge going in fighting and to make you feel invincible. The uppers to keep you going and the downers to help you sleep at night. And let's not forget the steroids to keep you juiced to do that last rep on the deadlifts. Makes you run that extra mile. Makes you want to keep those muscles nice and tight so that people can recognize you.
-All of this......it's helps for the present......but for the future......it takes years off your life. Why do you think you see so many wrestlers die at such a young age? Or when you hear about wrestlers starting go fund me pages because they don't have enough cash to buy the medical drugs to help them survive. And let's not forget about the ones who've landed on hard time because of drug use. All these individuals......once were on top of the world, playing make believe hero's and villains, to entertain you the fan. But where are you now when they need you to play hero?
-Sorry......I sort of got side tract there. Just a lot on my mind as of late. It's a busy weekend for Jack and I can't help but be worried about him. Three huge matches in three different companies......its a lot for a 21 year old to handle. But he doesn't show the pressure or all the weight of it all bringing him down. He's mentally prepared for it all. But it doesn't hurt to have someone like me around to help lift that burden off his shoulder.
-Standing in front of a GOL, I mentally get myself ready for this promo. Keep it nice and short. Don't repeat yourself and get the point across. Looking up from the ground, I begin the promo. Lights. Cameras. Action.
Chris Constantine: "Ladies and gentlemen of GOL, my name is Chris Constantine and I am the manager of one Jack "The Ripper" Tillman......the current Redemption Genesis Champion and the current X-Division Champion of EWC. The same Jack Tillman who went toe to toe with Roxi Johnson a few months ago for a draw for the Soaring Eagles Title and the same Jack Tillman that will be representing EWC for the the Super Falcon Cup.
Now to be fully honest I would had loved to see Jack and Roxi Johnson go at it again for the Soaring Eagle Title to see who truly is better out of the two.....but instead Jack is a participant in the La Azteca Battle Royal where the winner gets a title shot at the Rey De Reyes Title in July. An opportunity of a life time for Jack to put another accomplishment on his young career if he's able to win this Battle Royal.
But Jack and I......we're realist. I'm not going to come out here and blow smoke up your ass and declare that Jack is going to win this battle royal because Battle royals like these, they're unpredictable. Now I can say without a shadow of a doubt that Jack is a better wrestler than everyone participating and if this was a tournament like deal where Jack had to face everyone.......then yes I would say Jack would win because it would be Jack Tillman......the only true professional wrestler......verse a bunch of gimmick....cos play......sports entertainers who don't know what the hell they're doing in that ring. But this isn't a singles competition match. This is a Battle Royal where if you turn your back for a second, someone can come out of nowhere and throw you out and eliminate you. This Battle Royal has nothing to do with skills.......this has everything to do with luck.
So no....I'm not going to promise a win with Jack Tillman, but the one thing I can promise you is this. That Jack is going into his Battle Royal to hurt and to send everyone a message in the Super Falcon Cup just who they are going to be dealing with next month. So to everyone participating in the Battle Royal.....good luck.....and if I were to give you a hint of advice."
- I slowly make my way towards the camera with a slight grin on my face as I address it for the last time.
Chris Constantine: "Stay clear of Jack because he's either going to throw you out of that ring.....or he's going to break a bone."
-With that, I give a fake grin as I slowly make my way out of the cameras view. With that....end scene.
