"I am here to see Seňor Garza."
A bodyguard at the main door of Gerardo Garza's mansion nods and opens the door for Lucius Togo. The dastardly manager wears a suit, which is unusual for him, but it has a good reason. He's here for business. Togo takes a few cautious steps inside the hall of the mansion and looks around at all the beauty around him.
"Motherfu--" he tries to mutter in awe, but is interrupted by Gerardo Garza himself on the stairs.
"Seňor Togo! Come up here, to my office!" he shouts, inviting Togo to the upper floor. Lucius does what he's told to do and joins the Mexican businessman in his office. Taking his place in a comfortable chair, he looks around the spacious room, dominated by a massive desk made of one piece of wood. Gerardo Garza takes a seat in his chair behind the desk, as usual, and pours himself a glass of whisky.
"So... we finally meet, Seňor Togo," Garza says, smirking, before taking a sip of his drink. "After months of you doing some very helpful things for me I am happy to finally meet you in person. So tell me," he leans on the table. "How did the negotiations with the lucha promotion go?"
Togo smiles. "It's done, sir. Everything. My old friend Adam Stryker took care of it. Reluctantly, but when he saw the money you would be paying him for Ramón's training... he did. Ramón will debut for Guerreros of Lucha before the end of the year, on Stryker's good word."
Garza introduces another glass to the occasion and starts slowly pouring whisky into it. "That's very good, Seňor Togo, very very good. That... is part one," he says as he slips the glass towards Togo on the table. Lucius' smile disappears.
"Part one? I thought the whole deal was--"
"No, no, Lucius," Garza shakes his head, smiling. "Who do you think I am? My son wants to be a superstar luchador. You work for me and have many connections in that business. Do you think I would stop at Ramón getting a booking?"
Gerardo laughs.
"Seňor Togo... you are going to make sure that in 2019... my Ramón will be a champion of the world. By any means neccessary."
Togo sighs before quickly downing the entire glass.
"As you wish."

The first promotional video of Ramón Garza in GOL begins without Ramón himself. It's just Lucius Togo, this time in his usual combination of black jeans, white shirt and a black vest, his long hair loose, standing in front of a Guerreros of Lucha banner.
"It's been a long time," he smirks as he starts talking to the audience. "In case you don't know who I am, my name is Lucius Togo, and I am the man who helped put the wrestling scene in SoCal in motion. I managed the legendary Garth Lannister, "The Cult" as you may know him. I even managed your old friend Adam Stryker and his buddies. And now, after years in exile... I am finally back. But this time, I'm not taking a well established name and helping him to go a level up. No. This time, I'm being more generous. I'm taking an absolute rookie and taking him on a shortcut from the very bottom... to the very top," he motions with his right hand.
"Because this guy is not just any rookie. It's Ramón Garza. El Hijo Elegido, The Chosen Son. The only offspring of none other than Gerardo Garza, one of the wealthiest, most powerful men south of the border. A true genius who has gotten everything he's ever wanted because he always went for it, no matter what or who he had to get through. And you know what Gerardo Garza wants now? He wants Ramón to be a star in Guerreros of Lucha. And that's exactly what he's gonna get."
Togo smiles as he motions for Ramón to join him in the shot. The tall young man walks in, dressed in his training gear, complete with a grey "Stryke Dojo" t-shirt.
"Just look at him," Togo says as he puts his right hand on Ramón's shoulder. "Handsome, yet imposing. Tall, muscular, as strong as a man can get. Mark my words when I say that this young man Ramón Garza will not only be a force in Guerreros of Lucha, NOT ONLY will he be the rookie of the year 2019... but before the year is over, he will be the Rey de Reyes Champion."
Togo nods in agreement with his own statement. "It's only fitting that when the people in charge of Guerreros of Lucha saw this young man, they immediately put him in the feature bout for their last event of 2018. Ramón will be in the Christmas Brawl, in the main event. And while it will be a big four on four match, we all know he will be focusing on one man only."
Ramón finally gets his thoughts in. "Avery Miles III. El campeón, el Rey de Reyes... people are gunning for you left and right, they are trying to win tournaments upon tournaments to get a shot at you," he says, calling out the champion. "But not me. Just as Seňor Togo informed you, I am on a shortcut to the top. At Santa's Baking Brownies, I will have my eyes set on you. I will hit you with the Dinero Driver in the center of the ring, pin you clean to the mat and get my title shot. That's not a threat, that's not a promise... that's just a Garza saying things like they are and will be. As per usual."
Togo chuckles. "See you in The Labyrinth..."
