-Love me a good steak. It’s all about the meat. Matters where the cow came from. If it’s open range or locked in a pen for the entire life. If it’s open ranged, means it gets plenty of exercise. More exercise means that the meat gets stronger. More nutrients. Healthier. Not breathing any pollutants. Taken care of. Given good food. Raised up to be something special.
-Until it meets a bullet to a brain so it’s body can feed a fat ass like mine.
-Am I still talking about cows, or am I talking about wrestlers?
-That’s a path for another day I guess. Really need to pay attention to what my new client is saying. This steak is so good though. Nice and simple lay out. Salt. Pepper. And a butter herb. No steak sauce required.
-Taking a bite, I look at my new client and I can tell they’re ready to be in the ring. Not enough experience in a wrestling ring though. I have plans to help ease this person in. You just don’t throw a child out in a body of water and expect it to swim five miles to the shore. You start off small and work your way up. It took Jack years to get where he’s at now. We over prepped him to the point that he wanted to quit because he was tired of doing nothing but training. But it’s better to be prepared for everything than to be prepared for nothing.
-Who’s the new client? Wouldn’t you like to know. Not yet folks. I’m not ready to show them to the world yet. Be patient. You’ll get your desert soon enough.
-Seeing that the GOL camera is behind my client, I inform them that I’ll be in contact with them soon enough. Contracts will be signed, matches will be booked, and money will come flowing into their bank account. I assure them that they are under the watchful eyes of one Chris Constantine.
-Saying farewells to one another, I can’t but be glad about this new client. Friend of a friend you may say. The camera only sees the back of their body so as to not ruin the surprise. As they leave the cameras view, the camera slowly makes its way over to me as I cut another slice of my steak and stuff it in my mouth. Clearing my mouth with some wine, it’s time for a promo. Lights, camera.....action.
Chris Constantine: “I’ve known Tiger Mask Red for a number of years. Pretty much since he first started wearing the mask. Good kid. Allot of talent. Great ring awareness and one of the best drop kicks in the industry. Wasn’t until a year or so ago that him and Kurt Newman, another client of mine, were actually long lost siblings. The father was.....well......I won’t get into that since he’s black listed now from the industry.
What I’m trying to say about Red is that I trust the kid. I like him. He’s on the top of his game and he’s been in every type of match against every type of wrestler imaginable. Jack and Red have either teamed up or been on opposite sides of the ring together. The respect between these two are there. They’ve trained together. They’ve even had some laughs together. So it was an honor that Red gave Jack the opportunity to be part of his team and for him to hold the Trios Title. Red could had given that belt to anyone else. There are probably more people in the wrestling industry that deserve this opportunity more than Jack.......but Red had enough confidence in Jack that he chose him to hold that belt. So because of that, Jack is grateful and won’t let you down Red.
-Sticking another piece of a steak in my mouth, I can’t help but talk with my mouth full. Momma Constantine would be rolling in her grave right now if she saw this, but I’m in a talkative mood.
Chris Constantine: “As for the other partner that Red picked, Kisuke, is a great partner to have. First met him over at BUDOKAN GAIJIN DREAM! Sorry, I’m legally bound to shout that part. But met Kisuke over in Japan and the kid is good. He knows how to work that ring and how to manipulate his opponents strengths and weaknesses. I’m not sure his Japanese style of wrestling will transfer to the Lucha Style that will be present, but Kisuke can hold his own and can take a beating.
So you got three kids, some of the hardest working folks in the wrestling industry today, and they’ll facing off against The American Ultras and Diaz Clownz.”
-Just thinking about those two teams give me heart burn.
Chris Constantine: “You boys even even know what you’ve gotten yourselves into by picking a fight with the likes of Jack, Red, and Kisuke? I mean you might of thought you stood a chance after you attacked them from behind and laid them out on the last show. But by doing so you just signed your death wish with three of the most dangerous wrestlers in the industry today. Redemption is on the mine of these three men and they will kick the living crap out of you two teams because that’s what my boys do. They beat the crap out of chumps who think they’re something.
You left them alive when you should had put a bullet into their brains. And because you couldn’t finish the job Jack, Red, and Kisuke are going to go down to the ring and show why they are the GOL Trios Champions while the rest of you are just human souls just waiting to be sacrificed to the Aztec gods.
-With a grin on my face, I raise my wine glass.
Chris Constantine: “May God have mercy on your souls because my boys will show you none .”
-And with that, the scene ends as I sip on my wine.
