While ringside, he takes the scarf off and hands it to Togo before climbing into the ring.

Do you have a Manager
Manager(s) Name(s): Lucius Togo
Manager(s) Pic Base(s): Christian Kane (long hair)
Lucius Togo, born 1978 (other details about his origin unknown) started in the wrestling business as a backstage producer and all in all helping hand for Doug Stryker and David Parker in LAWA. He eventually moved on screen as a commentator and later a manager for "The Cult" Garth Lannister. After LAWA closed its doors, Togo moved to other business ventures, some of which might not have been neccessarily legal. After brief comeback to wrestling when he managed The Highway to Hell tag team in the short lived Hollywood Elite Wrestling and Adam Stryker's The E.N.D. stable in FRONTIER in the UK, he seemingly disappeared off the face of the Earth as his past caught up to him. Now, he emerged as a man on the payroll of wealthy Mexican businessman Gerardo Garza, trying to get his son Ramón into the wrestling business.
