Cousin visiting Konrad. Anaheim, California. Saturday 26th May. (Off Camera)
Konrad woke up this morning, knowing he was already going to hate tonight when it came to discussing one company he refuses to speak about at the moment due to so much heat towards him from other wrestlers due to his refusal to take part in the Rumble match, SCW, but Fizz knows something that Konrad clearly needed to do as ever since three weeks ago, he's clearly isolated from everybody around him and the only people he's spoken to are his very close family members from Fizz and his own family.
But Fizz has a plan up her sleeve as she recently contacted someone that may just push Konrad a bit when it comes to going out that doesn't involve his kids and/or Fizz, somebody he hadn't met for months that was a family member, but somebody, he's not close to, not because he hated them, but just rarely ever contacted them. Of course, the kids weren't exactly off school as Roderick and Konrad had a karate lesson to do later today and Mattheus was now doing motocross season.
While Konrad was eating breakfast with his sons while engaging with them, the doorbell rang and Fizz struggled to get up since she's very heavily pregnant now who's due to give birth end of June and she goes towards the door and answers it as Konrad's family member came in and closes the door behind him and before she takes the family member to Konrad, she speaks.
Fizz Raab: “How you doing?”
Konrad's family member: “I'm fine, how long are you now?”
Fizz Raab: “I'm a month away from giving birth now. Anyway, I'm so glad you're here beca.........”
Konrad's family member: “Yeah you told me and we do need a lot to talk about regarding that. I promise it may make him a bit better.”
Fizz nods as she takes the family member who was quite a young man in his mid 20's with blond hair and a German looking face as he walks into the kitchen where he sees Konrad sitting at the table, doing nothing as the kids were playing in the living room and Konrad sat still. It was only until Konrad's family member walked closer that Konrad notices who's standing there.
Konrad Raab: “Fizz did...............................”
Jake Raab: “I know. Listen, you got a place where we can have a private discussion.”
Konrad Raab: “Um, yeah I do.”
Konrad gets off from the table and he leaves the kitchen as he and Jake walk downstairs from the living room to the basement where there were three rooms but only one of those rooms was off limit from his children as it was a special place which is the room Konrad's going in with Jake as he smells and sees some cannabis stuff around. Jake knows about the medication thing already from Fizz and they took a seat on bean chairs around and he speaks to Konrad.
Jake Raab: “You aren't looking good, you're skinny as hell.”
Konrad Raab: “Not looking good, more like mentally feeling complete crap.”
Jake Raab: “That's exactly why I'm here. Fizz told me you clearly need somebody other than her and your closest family members to talk to. You don't need to tell me what's going on.”
Konrad Raab: “I won't lie, I've not been around SCW locker room for almost three weeks and it's cos I can't face looking at wrestlers over there, taking the piss and laughing at me for saying the truth on me not being ready mentally for the rumble.”
Jake knew Konrad was going to mention that, it's the reason why he kept hiding from everyone in the SCW locker room because of how he mentally feels and there's a lot more to the story when it comes to the whole thing.
Jake Raab: “Fizz is concerned about you because she knows you're isolating from everyone in wrestling as of late and I'm disappointed you've not attempted to show up to SCW shows, no wonder why they are pissed at you.”
Konrad Raab: “All of this happened before I started to go AWOL on SCW for a bit. It was why I did and now, I don't know how to rebuild their trust again and I don't think I will. I'm just down in the dumps. I feel like a sewer.”
Jake Raab: “To be brutally honest, you do smell like you're from a sewer. You're neglecting yourself in a very bad way and that's because you are just too depressed on the loss against Andrew Raynes and that's not the way to do it.”
Konrad Raab: “Nor is bitching and complaining about a god damn loss either. It caused me nothing, but problems.”
What was worse was that the Super Falcon Cup matches weren't that far away from starting and Konrad had barely done any research on his opponent other than hearing things in CWC and his title runs in Seattle and Whirlwind companies and it was down to having a bit of a break from wrestling, even if the last two weeks was two matches last week and the same for this week and Jake explains.
Jake Raab: “I agree with the bitching and complaining front, it doesn't do anything, but what you're doing, sitting in silence, sitting in the corner of a house or hotel somewhere, crying your eyes out isn't the way of solving problems either.”
Konrad Raab: “I don't know what to do anymore. I have a feeling that none of the SCW stars wants to know I'm in the Super Falcon Cup, representing them, they'd most likely not like me still. I'm just messed up in my head.”
Jake Raab: “You can't keep putting yourself down like this, especially not when you're facing against a talented wrestler in Bryan Blaze who's won nearly every title in companies he's been with. Listen, if you think you need to rebuild the trust with SCW stars, it's a good idea to use the tournament just for that.”
Konrad Raab: “Bryan Blaze for sure is a tough nut to crack but he hasn't got to prove himself to fellow wrestlers he works with.”
Jake nods, it was clear Konrad despite in quite a vulnerable state knows what he must do to advance into the semi-finals and win the Super Falcon Cup he's signed up for as Jake pats Konrad on his back for making a bit of sense.
Jake Raab: “Exactly. You shouldn't really care about winning title shots or winning the tournament in general, just focus on gaining respect back to the Supreme Championship Wrestling locker room.”
Konrad Raab: “Yeah, you're right, although my goal was to get Supreme Championship Wrestling's name out there because they are so underrated with nobody knowing who the company really are and I'm sick of them being ignored. The other companies I'm with are known, well I refused to represent GZWA because of how they take the business as a fucking joke right now.”
Jake Raab: “Yeah, Fizz told me about that, but the point is your focus right now should only be on Bryan Blaze and not only get SCW to be well known to everyone, but also gain back the trust again from SCW locker room and that starts with showing SCW colours and going through to the semi-finals.”
Konrad Raab: “That seems to be my goal at the moment with GOL Super Falcon Cup and this is what's making me happy, being able to help other people or in this case companies to get their name out there cos I'm sick of SCW not being shown more out there, especially it's the longest ever company I've known now.”
It certainly was true, there was no company out there who lasted more than fifteen years that have been successful as SCW has, problem was barely anybody knows about them, they were never ever talked about towards other wrestlers who have no association with the company and although it was the only company he's apart of he's never won a title with, but it's another reason why he signed up to do Super Falcon cup on top of discovering a lot about Mexican wrestling.
Jake Raab: “Is it also true that you've always wanted to discover Mexican wrestling too?”
Konrad Raab: “That's another reason why as well because I've never truly experienced Mexican wrestling side of things. Of course, I'm aware of the rules of either knocking out an opponent which is something I'm very unlikely to do because I never want to knock my opponent out and give them injuries on purpose or submissions which is a style I'm likely going for.”
Jake Raab: “Indeed. Let's go and grab a coffee somewhere as you need to get out of the house.”
Konrad Raab: “I can't, me and Roderick go to karate classes on Saturday's and we need to be there, certainly with me as the kata stuff they are making me do, it's helping me and I'm doing that more than the fighting aspect of things, although I am doing some fighting techniques.”
This thrown Jake completely wide open, that's one thing Fizz didn't tell Jake was him doing karate, although it was something good in a way that Konrad was doing something that wasn't wrestling or gym related, even if it was because of his eldest son wanted to do it and Jake nods as he says this.
Jake Raab: “Fizz didn't tell me anything about that but that is great dude. Completely understandable, but the point is that I'm getting you the fuck out of the house this afternoon after karate class. Just us alone after dropping Roderick off home.”
Konrad Raab: “Yeah, I can't hide forever and will spend time learning more about Bryan Blaze ASAP as well. I'll see you at twelve thirty.”
Konrad and Jake leave Konrad's cannabis and private room as they go upstairs and Konrad sees Roderick's already to go as he also goes up and grabs his karate gi and belt as he gets in the car with Roderick and drive off to their nearest karate club which was fifteen minutes away and they arrived in time before putting their gi's on and stepping on the mat to learn different fighting or in Konrad's case, learning more about kata.
-----------------------------------------------------------
Very excited to be in the tournament, but got a lot to prove in it too youtube.com shoot (On camera)
“It's been a long time since I'm doing something good that's not about me, although I'm doing something not about me next Sunday, that's not important. Of course, I don't know what the reward is if you win the tournament because forgive me, I've not had time to look it up, but what I do know is how you win the match and who my opponent is. This is a good thing that my opponent is somebody I've not interacted with once and I feel bad I haven't before I had my meltdown three weeks ago almost because the guy is very talented, but here we are in the Super Falcon Cup, representing our own companies of Whirlwind Wrestling and Supreme Championship Wrestling.
Of course, my opponent being Bryan Blaze who's made quite a bit impact in the sport with winning at least one title in each company he's been with which is something I can't say with Supreme Championship Wrestling. He's got a ton of respect from many fellow wrestlers in Whirlwind Wrestling and I also feel bad I didn't know anything about them until I had to look up Whirlwind Wrestling.
See, I know he's won Seattle Pro Heavyweight Champion, Whirlwind title and recently the WCCW Global title. Done a lot of great things in those companies lately and he's only getting better and you know what else is a good thing about Bryan? He's exactly like me, changing how he approaches wrestling to do something good for the sport. That's something I did years ago and I will never go back.
Fact is I've seen how much he respects this sport and that goes a long way that I know for sure that Bryan Blaze isn't a wrestler that will bust me open or hurt me on purpose. Although I'm looking forward to a fair contest fight, despite with the bloodsport rules which I have no idea what bloodsport rules are, I won't be knocking you out because if I was to win any wrestling match without using pinfalls, it'll be submissions because that's the type of wrestler I am.
I'm not for one to knock people out, it's a bit too brutal for my liking, but you have no idea that this tournament is more than just winning, it's more I need to gain respect back for the Supreme Championship Wrestling locker room as admittedly, I messed up three weeks ago and I took time away from twitter because of that. Also I did and still do want to represent Supreme Championship Wrestling to get their name out there because trust me, there's a ton of talent down there that you won't believe how tough it is to face them, but I don't know why they are underrated, especially it's been around more than fifteen years now which is crazy.
But back to my opponent, I know you're an high flyer much like I'm trying to adapt to being one because of how bored I was in the Heavyweight division that there wasn't anywhere else to move onto and the Junior Heavyweight division is just that for me that I'm learning more about the style every single day.
However, it has no effect on this match because of having to either knock your opponent out or use submissions to tap somebody out. I'm going to bring everything I have towards you Bryan because you deserve that from me and a guy I have nothing, but absolute respect for and I'm excited to get things started, sadly for you and I've absolutely been struggling to say anything like this because of how I'm feeling in myself along with me disliking to say this, but it's got to be said that I will walk away from this match as the winner of the match because I got a lot more to lose than you have.
That's how it's keeping me motivated that I'm needing to win because of gaining the trust back to the SCW locker room and putting SCW on the map of them not ever being overlooked ever again and I know you'll do everything you can to fly the Whirlwind flag, but I'm waving SCW flag to victory and advancing to semi-finals with forcing you to tap out to my submission moves because that's the way I want to win against a respectable opponent like yourself. Tomorrow here in GOL Super Falcon Cup in Japan, you'll see my hand raised after tearing the house down between me and Bryan. Prepare to be Iceinated by The Iceman.”
